	Eric Criner, Broker I was born in Saigon, Vietnam (my father was a United States Army officer) and later raised in Newport News, Virginia. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Christopher Newport University and the College of William and Mary in 1984 and a Master's of Science in Logistics from the Florida Institute of Technology in 1993. Commissioned in the US Army, I held numerous staff and command positions. I'm very proud to say that I have served my country for over 20 years. In this capacity, I served in combat three times, served as a Special Operations planner for our Army's role in both Afghanistan and Iraq, and participated in the nation's Global War on Terrorism. After relocating my family more than 10 times in 20 years, I retired from our great Army and from serving our nation in 2005. I'm a second-generation Real Estate professional. My parents owned and operated a Real Estate firm for over 15 years. I was first licensed in Virginia in 1994, working for a small firm, Today, I'm a resident of South Charlotte and part-owner of the Ballantyne Village Wine shop and wine bar, Under the Grape. 	Sara Justice, Broker A native of Roanoke, Virginia, I moved to Charlotte after graduating from Virginia Tech. For eight years, I worked as an accountant. I started out as an auditor and then worked in several different industries. I learned the value of hard work and persistence after passing the CPA exam. My experiences as an accountant taught me the importance of focusing on my clients’ needs, as well as an attention to detail that helps me excel in every aspect of my career. The transition to real estate was an easy choice for me. My financial background is a perfect compliment to real estate. 	Chad Haines I was born in Montana, and because my father was a pilot in the Air Force we moved quite a bit before settling down in North Carolina including California, New Mexico, and the Phillippines. We lived in Greensboro before I decided to move to Charlotte and met my wonderful wife. We have lived here now for ten years and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. I have a beautiful 2 year old baby girl and another on the way. I have been a Realtor now for seven years and have lived in most areas of Charlotte so I feel like I have a lot of knowledge about the entire city but specialize in new construction in the south Charlotte and Union County areas.
