Prior to establishing Southern Winds Realty, I spent eight years with the Piedmont/US Airway's airline family where I met my beautiful wife Dee. Hobbies and interests include golf, cooking and local civic organizations.

In additon to residential Real Estate, I have a passion for Commercial Retail Real Estate. While in residential Real Estate it's finding our clients the perfect community for them... it's equally important to find quality retailers to serve those communities.

Chad Haines

I was born in Montana, and because my father was a pilot in the Air Force we moved quite a bit before settling down in North Carolina including California, New Mexico, and the Phillippines.  We lived in Greensboro before I decided to move to Charlotte and met my wonderful wife.  We have lived here now for ten years and couldn't imagine living anywhere else.  I have a beautiful 2 year old baby girl and another on the way.

I have been a Realtor now for seven years and have lived in most areas of Charlotte so I feel like I have a lot of knowledge about the entire city but specialize in new construction in the south Charlotte and Union County areas.  I pride myself in giving the most personal and caring service I can and want your next home purchase to be a wonderful experience.
