• Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others, such as employment, mortgage amounts etc.
• Information we receive from any Real Estate transaction, such as interest rates, loan terms or insurability.

Sharing Information
Southern Winds Realty does not share any personal information described above, with:

• Any companies such as banks, mortgage companies, mortgage brokers, attorneys and Insurance companies without expressed written permission from our clients.
• As otherwise permitted by law, we must comply with judicial process, court orders and legal reporting requirements of the Internal Revenue Service and other governmental authorities.

Disclosures to Marketing Firms

• We do not and will not sell any information we collect about you to mailing list companies or telemarketing companies.
